Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 2 students is required for a group class. For classes that are part of a series, a minimum of 3 students is required. If a class is canceled because there is not enough enrollment, you will receive a refund of your payment for the class or it can be used towards another class. Registration for a class closes by 6pm on the evening before a scheduled class. If there is not enough enrollment on the evening before a scheduled class, the class will be canceled and notification will be sent out at that time to those who have registered. 

If you must cancel, kindly notify Sonya via email or phone call 402-261-4453. Your cancellation becomes official after you receive notification from Crafthouse that your request has been made. 100% refund will be given with a 7 or more days notice before class. 50% refund will be given with a 3-6 day notice before class. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 48 hours of class. Not showing up for a class forfeits any refund or exchange. If CRAFTHOUSE must cancel a class, your class fee will be fully refunded or it can be used towards another class.

No exceptions are made for the Cancellation Policy. This allows us to make appropriate preparations and offer an available spot to other students when a class is full/sold out.
